KN33C4P
betaTurn your firm's old reports into a live template. Generate new IC memos and reports in your voice, on your Mac.
[ Why KN33C4P ]
Every VC firm has a house style — the sections, the tone, the level of detail. Generic AI output never quite matches, so partners spend hours reformatting drafts into something that looks like the firm's work. That reformat step is the tool tax on AI.
KN33C4P studies your past memos and decks, extracts the template, and writes new reports directly in that shape. You edit the tone once, in one place — the block prompt — and every future report uses it. The output is yours from the start.
[ What it does ]
Format Learning
Drop a few of your firm's past memos or decks. KN33C4P extracts the section structure, block types, and house voice into a reusable template — saved to your Templates list.
A4 Template Studio
Design multi-page templates block by block on real A4 pages — drag, resize, edit each block's prompt. The live preview matches the exported PDF / DOCX exactly.
Hosted or bring-your-own
Included with a VHS subscription: run everything on hosted Claude, no API key needed. Or link an Anthropic / OpenAI / Gemini / Nvidia key. Or run local via Ollama.
Reports evolve
Every generated report becomes a versioned deal. Attach more sources (a data room, a second deck), re-generate the next version, export to PDF or Word.
[ Download ]
macOS 11+ (Big Sur or newer). Apple Silicon or Intel. Free during beta.
Build not yet published — check back soonFor hosted generation, sign in with your VHS account inside the app. Otherwise bring your own Anthropic / OpenAI / Gemini / Nvidia key, or run a local Ollama model.
[ First-run note ]
The beta build isn't Apple-notarized yet, so on first launch macOS may say "KN33C4P can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer." To open it: right-click the app in Finder → Open → Open. You only need to do this once.
