Why does this even exist.

[ Who ? ]

[ Who ? ]

Takumi. AKA DUCKM4573R. AKA Wei.

Just a deep tech nerd who stumbled into a chaotic career and decided to make it enjoyable rather than suffer through it. Former cofounder of a 3D print & drone startup back in the 2010s. Became a finance guy after the acquisition. Nobody saw that coming, including me.

Currently: one-man-army foreign VC from Taiwan, based in Silicon Valley, running on caffeine and stubbornness.

[ Why ? ]

As a foreign VC operating as a one-man army, finding / contacting / getting a reply from startups is a genuine pain in the ass. So I had a moment:

Fuck me dead. This is taking too many of my hours and I need more time for video games and anime. I'm building a system to do the scouting for me.

So I wrote 6 scripts and let them run for 10 days. Filtered out 200K companies.

Since I'm in Silicon Valley and vibe coding is already a thing here, I saw no reason not to use it as leverage. The 6 scripts became 15 scripts. Then I assembled them into Chimera AI-VC — a system that can replace 95% of myself.

[ What ? ]

Venture Hub is a fun project of mine that happened to work pretty well. So I thought — why not put it online and charge $42? That's affordable for any investor and way cheaper than the alternative (which is your time, which is not cheap).

what you actually get

20 startups × 5–8 information cards, every week
Dating app style review (yeah it's no brainer, even my grandma can do it)
Backend tracks every user's intentions and interests
Top contacts are reached out to weekly on your behalf
80–100 startup insights per month for $42
Probably works better than your broker or consultant. And cheap AF.

refreshed weekly — every Monday.

[ How ? ]

Dante

SLM #1

Thinks like a VC + Lawyer. Evaluates deal terms, risk, and investment logic.

Virgil

SLM #2

Thinks like a Tech Nerd + CPA. Evaluates product, tech stack, unit economics.

Two purpose-built small language models I built in 2025. Plus a 50-robot army deployed in the cloud. Together, they power an overbuilt, overpowered, workable MVP that is — genuinely — made by VC, for VC.

And since I used to be a startup founder myself, I know how brutal it is to do everything at once. So I put in 150+ fine-tuning iterations specifically to save effort on the startup side too: the system reads directly from websites — no decks, no forms, no performance. Founders who need more time to figure things out get a 9-month grace period before the system checks in again.

the deal for everyone

For Startups

No pitch deck. No cold outreach. No performance anxiety. Just build the thing and let the system find you.

For VCs / Early-stage Investors

No scouting. No cold calls. No wasted Tuesdays on bad introductions. 20 curated deals, every Monday, done by Friday.

Net result

Win-win-win-win situation for everyone.
